Tuesday Favorites

I hope you all had a fun Memorial Day weekend!

We kept it low key and it was exactly what we needed... playtime in the kiddie swimming pool, errands, and online shopping (duh!). I actually spent my toddler's naptime on Monday cleaning every inch of the refrigerator and I know that sounds horrible but it was oddly satisfying. Maybe nesting is kicking in already because next on my list is our master closet!

I've been wanting to do a favorites round-up kind of thing for a while but never get my butt in gear to do it on a Friday, so here goes!

+ We find out the gender of baby #2 this week! Eek!! Since we already have so many things leftover from Rowan as a newborn, we probably won't buy much but the Dockatot was one of my must haves for baby #2! It looks so tiny next to my toddler...  crazy how hard it is to remember when your first one was that small!

If you're in the market for a Dockatot you can get $10 off here!!

+ Our DIY headboard was recently featured by Joss and Main!! So honored! I joined a few other bloggers to share tips on picking out your headboard and why we made the choice to finally ditch the blank space behind our mattress. Take a second to check it out and see the other bloggers' gorgeous spaces!

+ In the thick of morning sickness I couldn't get it together to share this sooner, but I'm still obsessed with this little basket for my sister-in-law's baby girl!

Elephant Blanket + Rattle set  c/o Baby Aspen, Petit Pehr Pom Pom Bin, Bow Wunderkin (Formerly Free Babes)
I'm all about practical gifts so along with some things off of the registry, I added a bunch of sweet little girl things inside my favorite Petit Pehr pom pom bin! It goes perfect with her nursery and one of my favorite additions is the softest Baby Aspen little elephant blanket and rattle. Such a fun idea for an additional baby shower gift!

+ This Morgan Cole oil painting is currently sitting on my desk and I cannot get over the fact that I actually won something like this!! It was a giveaway with a local boutique and Charleston artist, Morgan. She is crazy talented and I highly recommend checking out her work!!

+ Currently finishing up a playroom update and can't wait to share! I've had so many questions about our machine washable Lorena Canals rug, so expect an update later this week! Until then, take a peek at my inspiration! Those oversized engineering prints... so cute right!?

+ In other blog news I added a "Shop" section to the top of the page! You can check out some of my favorites, for mama, toddler + baby, and home! My fave so far? This scallop swim suit top and bottom for under $50!
