I was so happy Calling It Home extended the ORC by a week... 9 months of pregnancy are catching up to me and the nursery took a pause last week as we all fought off a stomach bug courtesy of my toddler's daycare germs. All I can say is, thank God it hit my husband and I on different days because parenting felt near impossible!
That meant we were unable to paint the nursery last week which was a total bummer since that is really the biggest project left to do after knocking out the DIY built-in closet shelving. I'm so proud of that space, I think I want to build them in all off our closets now. Obviously my husband loves that idea...
Despite the painting setback, this has been a fun mail week for the nursery as so many of the details that will personalize this space for baby #2 came in! Here is a little sneak peek at some of my favorite pieces...
The buffalo check bedding and custom bumper c/o Carousel Designs is so precious in our Jenny Lind crib.
And I'm so crazy about this wood sign c/o House of Belonging! The quality is beyond what I could have expected and it's going to look so sweet hanging above the crib!! P.S. They have a 20% off sale going on right now for orders over $100... such a good deal!

PBK Stella Side Table |
The side table has been a bit of a pain, but I'm so glad I ended up ordering it for this space! I bought it during the PBK Friends and Family sale and had it shipped to the store to save on shipping costs... but we don't have a PBK near us so my parents were planning to bring it down last weekend. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered in time so they shipped one directly to me, and then it ended up broken!
Thankfully their customer service is the best and it's all sorted out now.. I mean, how gorgeous is that wood tone?! It's going to look so good once the walls are painted!
